Responsibilities

  • Post jobs, screen applications and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate with colleges for campus hiring
  • Handle joining, documents and staff records
  • Track attendance, leaves and help with monthly salary data
  • Plan small team activities and help keep people happy at work

Requirements

  • MBA/BBA in HR or graduate with 6+ months in HR or recruitment (freshers can apply)
  • Good communication in English, Hindi and Gujarati
  • Organised, friendly and trustworthy with confidential information
  • Timings: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
  • Open to both male and female candidates
